Disabling Game Account Agreement

Dear players, we express deep regret at your action of disabling your account. Before disabling, please ensure to read and agree with Disabling Game Account Agreement at first. When you follow our disabling account instructions or check the agreement to proceed next step, it means you have agreed and abode all content of this agreement.

To ensure the security of your account and property, before submitting disabling account application, please confirm that the following conditions have been satisfied:

1.Please confirm the account applying for disabling is in a secure state: the account is in normal use and not in the violation processing period (that refers to the measures: the account is banned for violating the relevant laws and regulations of the host country, relevant game terms and rules, etc.), and is not at risk of being stolen or banned.

2.Please confirm the in-game property, revenues, etc. have been settled or handled properly: the account applying for disabling shall be confirmed and processed for in-game events or other available discount coupons, etc. including but not limited to the game tokens, props, VIP privilege, etc. Otherwise, relevant property and revenue are regarded as the waiver. In this regard, we remind you again, please ensure that in-game revenues and interests have been handled properly before disabling. Otherwise, after disabling successfully, we are entitled to clear all the revenues and interests of this account, and you shall bear the consequences arising therefrom. The revenues and interests mentioned above include but are not limited to all the remaining game virtual currency, virtual props and other items, and value-added services of the account.

3. Please confirm there are no outstanding orders: you need to confirm that there is no unfinished state of recharging game tokens, purchasing monthly cards or other goods in the account applying for disabling. If orders cannot be finished normally or errors happen caused by applying for disabling the account, you shall bear all the responsibility.

4. Please confirm the bond content: after disabling the account successfully, the relevant information, friend relationship, identification of in-game community, etc. that are related to the account will be deleted, please cherish.

5. Please confirm there are no relevant disputes: the account applying for disabling cannot have issues such as appealing, being appealed, reporting, being reported, arbitration, litigation, etc.

Our game team is entitled to verify that the above conditions are met as appropriate.

If the application for disabling account successes, we will remain the account for three days from the date you successfully submit the disabling account application. During this period, we will not delete or anonymize the related information about this account, (for instance, your in-game friends are able to check your avatar, nickname and other account information), except information stipulated laws, regulations or other relevant policies. After that, we will finish the process of disabling the account, delete or anonymize your relevant personal information. If you intend to cancel the application for disabling your account, you can reconnect with us according to the specific information in the user agreement.

After disabling the account successfully, except for stipulating laws, regulations and this agreement, your personal information related to the game account will be deleted or anonymized. You are unable to search, access, continue to use and find your account anymore, and you don’t have the right to ask us to retrieve your personal information. The personal information mentioned above includes but is not limited to avatar, nickname, all the virtual props and virtual items gained by purchasing and playing the game, comments, region, chatting records, etc.
